President Peggy Bacome called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the pavillion at the Riverbend Campground in Hiawassee, Georgia. The minutes of the previous meeting were passed out before the meeting for the members to read. A motion was made by Judy Bilodeau and seconded by Wilma Egg that they be accepted as written. The motion passed with no additions or corrections. Treasurer Shirley Rumberger read the treasurers report.

Old Business- The club discussed giving the members that organized our rallies free campsites for the rally. There was some discussion regarding this. Wilma Egg moved that the rally organizer(s) receive any perks given by the campground i.e. free campsite. Jim Girouard seconded. A vote was taken and passed.

We have been unsuccessful in filling the board positions. Our by-laws state that a board member holds office for two years, but if we are unable to fine new officers the old officers may remain in the positions longer if the membership agrees. The officers agreed to remain in office for another year. The members voted to accept these officers.

The spring rally will be at “The Rally” in Daytona Beach, Florida April 7-10, 2006. We will send registration forms with the newsletter. Those that are going will send their registration directly to the address on the form.
